All registered members of Gemafreie Welten can view their purchase history on our download page. Each member gets 24-hour access to a sound archive. Unlike most other providers, Gemafreie Welten saves all sound content in a user area where it is kept available for members. Of course, the access requires a registration including user name and password.
All logged-in users can purchase sound files and download and print their invoices which are processed automatically and immediately after purchase.
In case members lose their purchased Royalty-free music file, e.g. due to a PC break down, they always have the possibility to find it and download it again on our website. Forgotten passwords can be sent again after answering a security question.
